Frazer began his working life in recruitment, then publishing as part of Reed Business Publishing. The move to Exhibitions came in 1997 and he has not looked back since. With the experience of running events in diverse markets he is convinced of the power of events to make a considerable impact on the participating company, to forge new opportunity and to unite new markets.

Marcus began working life in car magazines in the mid-nineties. His move into Exhibitions came in the late nineties as he worked within training and the PA market, then the Exhibiting Show, joining the printing industry also at FESPA in 2006. As sales and marketing director at FESPA, he was responsible for rebranding the organisation and launching the show brand into new global markets.
